Hotel Roma Tunis

The room was clean, and the family who runs the hotel were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a convenient way to start the day. I could walk to the Medina, the mosque, the center, and the louages stations, so the location was great.

The rooftop terrace had stunning views, and breakfast offered a tasty mix of local and international food. I found the rooms spacious and beautifully decorated, a comfortable place to return to after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with questions or requests. In the heart of Tunisia's capital, the location made it easy to reach the main sights and attractions. I had an incredible stay and highly recommend it for a luxurious, convenient visit to Tunis.

The best part of this hotel is Memo the Cat. He comes by every morning for cuddles. 🥰😻😽 Otherwise, it’s a normal hotel and I wouldn’t expect anything special. The room was clean and ordinary, and breakfast was very basic with no options. The reception staff were welcoming and helped with anything they could. The hotel is in a local public market, close to the city center, shops, restaurants, and caffetteria. I wouldn’t recommend it for a family stay. 7/10.

It was boiling hot in my room when I arrived at midnight over the weekend, but the AC cooled it within seconds. The gentleman on reception had been sleeping on the first floor with reception closed. He was very polite and considerate, gave me a bottle of water, and showed me to my room. I slept well in a comfortable bed, and the shower was good, though it would’ve been nice to have shower gel. The continental breakfast wasn’t as advertised, just basic rolls, egg cakes, and sugary foods. It’s misleading, but I was only staying a few days and food was conveniently available outside. Rehma and Seb were fantastic, thanks for your help. Mr Mohammed is the hotel director, and I saw him coming and going at reception. The location is very good, right in the Medina and close to sightseeing. You’ll have a pleasant stay here. Good luck!
