Those beds and pillows made for really good sleep, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always smiling. Housekeeping was polite and professional too. I spent four nights at Ibis Tunis, and the hotel was very clean and well located near many important places in the city. The breakfast buffet could use more variety. The choices repeated, especially the desserts, which seemed to be the same things in different shapes. I also wish there were a proper restaurant with a full menu like the one at Novotel. Still, it was a comfortable, clean stay with excellent staff, and I'd consider coming back.

At the Ibis Hotel in Tunisia, the breakfast stood out: fresh food, a tasty range of choices, and friendly service made the mornings great. The hotel is also conveniently close to many key places in the city. My stay was comfortable and clean, and the staff were attentive. I was really impressed and would definitely recommend it.

The restaurant team were so friendly that when I mentioned I'm vegan, they made vegetable soup just for me. Thanks so much ❤️ The people were helpful throughout my stay at ibis Tunis. My room had a double bed, TV, WiFi, and a fully equipped bathroom, and I had an amazing visit.

Cleanliness was especially good, and the hotel was not bad at all. The beds were the usual Ibis style, though a bit too soft. At 4:30 am, while we were already in the car heading to the airport, a staff member ran after us saying we had to pay something. My husband went back upstairs, only to be told everything was already paid. That was stressful for no reason. They should keep track of rooms with outstanding charges and check as soon as guests leave.

The staff's recommendations helped us explore the city, and special thanks to Nermine and Safa for that. We spent six days at Ibis hotel and had an awesome stay. The staff were competent and welcoming, the rooms were clean, and breakfast was good.
