8/10
The hotel is handy for both Sidi Bou Said and Tunis city centre, with taxis outside, Tunisia Mall about a 10 minute walk away, and plenty of good restaurants nearby. Checkout was smooth. Reception welcomed us and was helpful; our spacious, comfortable room had complimentary tea and coffee, a clean bathroom, and a nice surprise of fruit and biscuits in the evening. Breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast team were friendly. One snag was getting the third bed ready for our child. It took two trips to reception and a phone call, so management should make sure a room booked for three has that bed prepared on arrival. There was also some limescale in the bathroom. Overall, a good hotel.

I was in room 401, which was immaculate, and fresh flowers and fruit were brought up to me. The attendants looked after me so well, and I tipped them very well in appreciation. Everyone was attentive and polite, and I was delighted by the service and professionalism throughout the hotel. This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Tunisia. Without putting other hotels or their staff down, the service here even surpasses the Four Seasons in Gammarth. Thanks to all the staff for making my stay comfortable, memorable, and pleasant. I look forward to coming back very soon.

I stayed three nights and would come back. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. For western visitors, it felt like an AC Marriott type hotel. The price seemed reasonable, though I can’t compare it with local options.

The area was very nice, and the room was good for the price. It was a bit noisy because the location is popular, but as an American I was really impressed with the customer service.

I’ll visit again in the future. The rooms were super clean and tidy, with lots of services, and the meals were delicious. The people here are really, really nice and awesome. I’d also like to thank Abir at reception.
