The bar service was good, and I appreciated it. But security at the entrance repeatedly asked me for money, which hurt the guest experience and the hotel's image. Thank you for your attention. Kind regards.

There was no Wi-Fi in my room, and when I asked at reception, they ignored me. The room was dirty and had just one towel for two people. It also didn't have the city view advertised. Instead, it faced the back of the hotel where they store trash.

The internet connection was terrible, and the staff showed no willingness to help or offer support. Looking back, the number of negative reviews should've warned us, but we booked anyway 👎. And did I mention how rude the staff are????!!!!!

I work in the hotel industry, so I know how much first impressions matter. Check-in should be smooth and respectful, not cold and dismissive. It usually takes no more than 5 minutes, but here I was left waiting without clear communication. When I said I had a reservation, reception took my passport without explaining anything or showing any friendliness. I was then told to “go sit over there and wait” in the same cold manner. Nobody smiled or greeted me properly, and I didn't feel welcome at all. I just arrived and unfortunately had a very unwelcoming experience. This isn't how guests should be treated.
