Novotel Tunis

The staff here were incredibly supportive, from the front desk manager to everyone else. They helped me out on so many occasions, whether it was arranging special soya milk at breakfast, fixing the chain on my damaged suitcase, or helping when political issues rerouted my flight and I needed to extend my stay. As a digital exec nomad, I needed reliable internet, service on time, a convenient tour pick-up point, easy access to dining, and support when needed. The people at this hotel came through. Thank you to Weffal & Mohahmed Testoure… #GRATEFUL so

The facilities, food, cleanliness, and location were all first rate. What really made Novotel Tunis stand out, though, was how incredibly well the staff looked after us. Sameh and Ghofrane were a particular blessing. They made our holiday!

The food was fine, but it didn't justify the price, and the service was absolutely shockingly bad. The rooms were tiny, the staff seemed highly unprofessional and unsure of what they were doing, and we were given incorrect information several times. We ended up paying for their mistakes. The internet never worked, and the room air didn't work either, with no real effort to fix the problems. We were told the pool would be heated when we contacted them, but it wasn't. I'd avoid this place.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the facilities met all my expectations. The staff were welcoming and professional throughout. I had a great stay, appreciate the lovely service, and look forward to coming back.
