I was in room 401, which was immaculate, and fresh flowers and fruit were brought up to me. The attendants looked after me so well, and I tipped them very well in appreciation. Everyone was attentive and polite, and I was delighted by the service and professionalism throughout the hotel. This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Tunisia. Without putting other hotels or their staff down, the service here even surpasses the Four Seasons in Gammarth. Thanks to all the staff for making my stay comfortable, memorable, and pleasant. I look forward to coming back very soon.

I stayed three nights and would come back. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. For western visitors, it felt like an AC Marriott type hotel. The price seemed reasonable, though I can’t compare it with local options.

The area was very nice, and the room was good for the price. It was a bit noisy because the location is popular, but as an American I was really impressed with the customer service.

I’ll visit again in the future. The rooms were super clean and tidy, with lots of services, and the meals were delicious. The people here are really, really nice and awesome. I’d also like to thank Abir at reception.
