Radisson Hotel Tunis, City Center

The breakfast had plenty of choice, and dinner at the restaurant was just as impressive. My room was comfortable, especially the bed, and the Wi-Fi was fast and easy to connect to. For the quality of the experience, the price felt worthwhile. The hotel is new, modern, and exceptionally clean, with warm, professional staff who consistently provided great service. Its location was convenient for walking to several major sites and restaurants, and taxis were easy to find for longer trips. I had an excellent stay, highly recommend it, and will definitely return next time I'm in Tunis.

The restaurant was a quiet place to unwind, though I didn’t think the food was as good as authentic local cooking. For a business trip, the hotel had the comfort I needed and a central spot that made it easy to walk everywhere. The staff were kind and helpful, and I’d recommend it for business stays.

Leila L., the reservation manager, was especially quick to answer our emails and help arrange an airport shuttle and a good tourist guide. That made our city visit much more enjoyable. We stayed two nights in late November. Our standard room was small but very clean and had the essentials, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location worked really well, near the Medina and across from a mall with a food court and supermarket.

The standard room felt cramped, and breakfast could use more variety, especially for people with dietary needs or preferences. The hotel is centrally located, but there weren’t many amenities or attractions right nearby. Before check-in, they tried to sell us extras such as upgrades and early check-in or checkout. The place itself is modern and new, and the staff service was consistently impressive.
