The staff made this stay stand out. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely accommodating throughout. For the right price, it’s a comfortable, well-run hotel in a good location, even if it isn’t a luxury flagship or the most polished Sheraton. My room was spacious, clean, ready when I arrived, and serviced each day. Comfort and cleanliness were spot on. Some of the finishes do show that it isn’t built to a true luxury standard: a few tiles weren’t aligned perfectly and some grout lines were wide. Those are cosmetic flaws, but they’re noticeable beside properties like the St. Regis, Ritz-Carlton, or the best Sheratons around the world. It’s marketed as five-star, though I don’t think it quite matches the standard of other Sheratons or the Marriott luxury portfolio. That’s not necessarily a problem, as long as future guests set their expectations accordingly.

I was there for just one night on a business trip. Check-in was quick, and the staff gave us all the information we needed. The rooms were fairly spacious and had what we needed. The team is a real highlight, helpful, friendly, and quick to act. I also needed help with something through the Bonvoy app, and they sorted it out fast to my satisfaction. My stay with Sheraton left me with a very pleasant impression. Thank you.

The executive lounge service was exceptional, and Imed and Amen Allah made great coffee. Amel and Haet from housekeeping also deserve thanks for the lovely decoration, while Nabila and the guest relations team made our anniversary feel really special. It’s a very nice hotel with amazing staff, a good lounge and spa. Our room had a big balcony, a decent view, and a marble bathroom. Thanks, Sheraton Tunis!

Breakfast at the all-day dining restaurant was a lovely experience. The waiters were friendly and attentive, and the service stayed excellent throughout. The food was really good and presented well. Special credit to the chef at the omelette station for the care and skill. I appreciated it and would happily recommend the experience.

The desserts were a highlight, and the food was excellent overall. I was very happy with my first visit to Tunisia and with staying at the Sheraton. The hotel arranged rides to and from the airport, and everything went smoothly and safely. I chose the right place to stay. Everyone was helpful, from Norhenn at guest services to Fatmah, my housekeeper, who checked in with me every day to make sure I had what I needed, and Mouna, the woman by the elevator. They made the stay wonderful.
