The host was friendly, and everything is within walking distance in one of the nicest parts of la marsa. The place has African-style decor with lots of attention to detail. They have WiFi, a Netflix subscription, and a coffee machine, and they did our laundry, which was great. For the price, it’s worth it. Highly recommended.

The owner kindly kept my luggage for a few hours when I asked. My room was clean and spacious, and I had a very pleasant stay. I’d definitely recommend the place and come back.

The host speaks Arabic, French, and English fluently, and the place is lovely and sparkling clean. I really enjoyed my stay at Dar Jaafar. Recommended.

We spent 20 days there with my girlfriend, and they were honestly the best. The owner was friendly and helpful, and didn’t impose any annoying rules. It’s a nice, cozy place, and I really recommend it to anyone planning a good vacation. The only thing I’d change is the WiFi, which could be a bit better. Otherwise, it was perfect, and we hope to come back.
