Adana Hilton SA

The front desk team kept checking in to see if we had what we needed, and the housekeeping lady was amazing and helpful. It was our first stay, and the atmosphere was great. The location worked well for reaching the city's hotspots, most about 15-20 minutes away. We'll definitely return when we're back in town next year. Thanks for the kind hospitality.

The food was amazing, and Ecem and Nuray served us with genuine warmth and smiles. The staff were very friendly, which made the visit more enjoyable. The guest room could use some updates, particularly the bathroom. The hotel's gym has more equipment than most commercial gyms, but it needs cleaning and organizing.

The service was especially outstanding, and our beds were comfortable. Kübra took great care of us in the breakfast area, while Tugba kept the room clean and fresh. We enjoyed our stay at the Adana HiltonSA and were given a complimentary coffee when we arrived. The fridge was a little noisy and didn't get very cold, but everything else was good. There's a shopping mall an easy walk away, as well as a historic bridge leading to several well-known landmarks.

The only letdown was the outdoor pool, which felt too cold for a comfortable swim even though the weather was still warm. Aside from that, the stay was impressive, and I'd gladly do it again. I spent two nights at Adana HiltonSA in October. It's modern, clean and well maintained, with spacious spotless rooms. Breakfast had a great selection of fresh local options, and the staff were polite and helpful. The location also gives you lovely views of the river and the famous Sabancı Mosque.
