Adana Koza Hotel

The location was excellent for everything, and the service and equipment were excellent too. Staff were polite and kind, and management was very kind and well behaved, checking everything in the restaurant and elsewhere. I'd suggest booking this hotel again in Adana 👌👌👌

The sound insulation gets 1/10. You can hear every word from outside your room or the room next door. The furniture is outdated and takes up too much space, so I'd strongly suggest the owner bring in an interior designer and redo the rooms one by one, from walls and lamps to furniture. That would be worth it over time. The rooms rate 5/10. Breakfast gets 6/10: lots of options, not much taste. Staff are 10/10, very polite and helpful, with good English. Location is 9/10, about 10 minutes to the bazar and 15 to the mosque, and there's private parking regulated by the hotel. Overall, 6/10. In its current state, I'd choose another hotel next time. P.S. There's mold growing in the AC outlet. Please clean and service the AC, it's a health hazard.

I like this hotel so much. It's clean, well located, and the staff are so lovely and very helpful. Thank you for everything, and thanks Esraa, tavfik, and Naz 🌹🌹🌹. Thanks to Mr. taha, the best manager, for such a warm welcome ❤️🌹🇹🇷🙏

The restaurant and rooms were very clean, and breakfast was delicious. The hotel is near the city center in an excellent location. I'd like to thank the manager and the staff at Koza Hotel for being so polite and helpful.
