I’ve stayed at many hotels in Turkey, and for the price they’re all much the same. This one felt like an ordinary Turkish hotel, but it still earned just one star from me because of the poor cleaning and staff mistakes. One night the fire alarm went off five times, and they refused to give me a discount for that day. When I checked in, I found cigarette butts, leftover tea, and disposable cups in the chest of drawers. After cleaning, the full trash can was still there. Sometimes the breakfast food seemed to be from the day before.

The location is convenient, within walking distance of shopping areas and tourist attractions in central Adana. It’s very clean, the toilets and sinks look brand new, and they change the sheets every day. The rooms are small and dark, with cheap furniture, and the place feels old fashioned. If your budget is tight, though, it could suit you.

The room was untidy, and cleanliness was very poor. There were unpleasant smells in both the room and hallways. The bathroom was visibly dirty and unusable, and the bedding and towels weren’t clean, which made us very uncomfortable. This was a bad experience because of the poor hygiene and lack of attention to sanitization. The cleaning was below standard, and the service didn’t do anything to address the problem. I don’t recommend this hotel.

We couldn’t sleep comfortably because the air conditioners were so noisy. The bathrooms were in poor condition too, with black stains all over them.
