The breakfast was fantastic ❤️, and the room was spotless with a nice view. The location is great too. Everyone on the service team was so kind and helpful while we were there. I'd recommend it 100%.

I was in Adana for 10 days and stayed at several places. Of those, I spent three nights at the most Jura blue hotel and liked it a lot. The location was really good, and the service was, too. The room cleaning staff did their jobs very well. Thanks to everyone on the team.

They approved my request to cancel without a fee, no questions asked. I appreciate that professional approach.

I paid 110 TL as a walk-in for a single room, which felt very reasonable for the quality. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with good WiFi and an excellent shower. Breakfast was good as well. Mavi Surmeli is right in the center, and the staff were friendly and helpful; several spoke good English. I'd happily stay here again on my next trip to Adana.

I paid 583$ for two rooms, then cancelled the booking just 10 minutes later. They refused to refund me and said that was their policy, even though they hadn't provided the service. It feels like an easy way to make money.
