This place used to be number one years ago, but it feels old-fashioned now and needs renovation. The bathrooms look like they've been updated, though the shower and bathtub are still old and cramped. Breakfast was below the standard I'd expect from a five-star hotel, and the breakfast hall felt like a university student dining hall.

I found hair and marks from the previous guests on the sheets, which made for a poor stay, especially while we’re still in the COVID-19 pandemic. I called room service, and they came to replace them.

The rooms are tidy and recently renovated, and being right in the city center makes this a good choice for business travel. The air conditioning could work better.

The place is simple, but it has a warm feel and the service is lovely. Everyone on staff was helpful and friendly.

A decent hotel, though it feels a bit dated. It could really use a renovation.
