Breakfast had plenty of tasty options, and the rooms were very spacious. The staff were incredibly kind and clearly cared about guests. Hucan at Reception deserves a special mention, so pleasant and always willing to help. Highly recommend it!

The hotel seems quite new and was very clean. My room was big, with a comfortable bed, and Sabit was helpful and spoke English. There's also a coffee shop cafe on the lobby floor.

We enjoyed breakfast before checking out, where Hucan and Harun were very friendly. Our room was spacious and clean, and both the bed and pillows were comfortable. At check-in, Sabit Yaken and Sevilay were welcoming, and later Sabit easily connected us to another room when we needed to call it. We stayed for one night while visiting nearby places such as mount Nemrut and Göbekli Tepe. The location worked well for dinner outside the hotel: we ate at a kebap restaurant right across the street, and there seemed to be other options nearby too. There is a restaurant and cafe at the hotel, but we didn't try them for dinner. It also has a spa and other amenities that we didn't get to use. We had a good stay and would recommend it.

I travel a lot, but I've never had a hotel team be this professional. The international staff spoke at least seven languages while I was there, and someone regularly checked how I was doing or offered local tea and another refreshment in the lobby. Even after eight hours, Mrs. Duygu greeted me with the same warmth. I came back for a second stay after three years, expecting the standard and hygiene might have slipped, but this visit was even better than my already positive first one. I booked at short notice and Ms. Duygu and Ms. Fatma welcomed me with charming smiles. The furniture still wasn't worn, and the hygiene standard hadn't dropped. At check-in they ask what activities you might enjoy in the area and what level of comfort you prefer, so they can assign a room to your wishes. Thanks to the whole team for an unforgettable stay. I'll be back soon.
