The beach is nice, though it's crowded with Arabs and Turkish expats from Germany. Maybe I'll try the Mediterranean next time.

Jet skiers come very close to the swimmers, and there's no dedicated pontoon for them. The sea is rocky and not great for children, though it doesn't get deep quickly. After five or six steps over the rocks, you can reach the sand.

The beach and its sand are wonderful, and the water stays shallow for a while even though this is the Black Sea. The only downside is that there are no showers. The local authorities should sort that out, since people coming out of the sea have nowhere to rinse off.

We ended up sleeping in the car because there was nowhere else for us to fit. There were nine of us: three small children, two kids aged 12 and 13, and four adults. I had told them that when booking, but they said there would be four rooms and gave us only two, then claimed I must have misunderstood. Record the call when you reserve. The rooms were tiny, the beds broken, the water cut off, and the bathroom and toilet doors wouldn't shut. There was no service at all. Anyone who enjoyed the stay probably liked the sea and beach, not the hotel.
