The fire exit was left open twice, even after we reported it to reception. It was less than 2 metres from our room on the fifth floor, where my three-year-old daughter was walking between our room and my mother's room opposite. That terrified me. Families with young children should know there could be a serious risk to their kids here.

The food is worth the price, and the place itself is good too.

We were pleased with our stay. Serpil was warm and attentive, and the place was clean and comfortable for my wife and me.
