The first room had no TV on the wall, paint and masonry debris on the floors, bathroom switches pulling away, and a broken curtain rail that let the curtains fall down. There was a dirty chair, no toilet roll, bathroom fittings in disrepair, and used toiletries, including open cotton earbuds. The main room smelled of stagnant sewage, the fridge was dirty, and everything generally felt grubby and worn. The breaker box had the fridge and two air conditioners switched off, which I shouldn't have had to open and fix. We were sent to the wrong block, Block A, for room 1708. Hallways there were blocked, most corridors on floor 7 had no lights, and the air-conditioning pipe wasn't sealed against the weather, leaving a gap big enough to fit a hand through the ceiling. High voltage boxes were unlocked. There were no insect control measures in food areas, and hot food was left to go cold. They couldn't move me until the next day. I asked for a manager but never got one. The next room was better, but still not clean enough. The bathroom flooded as soon as I used the shower; I asked twice to have the drain unblocked, but nobody came. A shower fitting was missing, and the sink unit was coming away from the wall. Stay away from this place.

Our kids especially loved the pool and activities, and the hotel felt clean and family-friendly. The atmosphere was relaxing, everything was well organized, and the staff were kind and helpful. We had a wonderful stay at Zeyda Hotel Lara. Thanks for making the holiday so enjoyable. We'd love to come back.

The people here are so warm and lovely, and the service is the best I've experienced. The food was good, and the night shows were entertaining and culturally pleasing. You can tell this is the first season, with a few things still lacking, but they're VERY dedicated to filling those gaps. There's a lot of potential, and it's already a great hotel for a holiday with family or friends. Big thanks again to the service team. Recommended! ^^

The kids had a blast with all the activities, and the pool slides were the best part for them. You can see how much effort the hotel puts into making sure children have a great holiday. The staff were so kind and did everything they could to make children and adults feel welcome and comfortable. Service was top-notch, the rooms were clean and well kept, and there was plenty of tasty food to choose from. We had a wonderful holiday at Zeyda Lara Hotel in Antalya. We'd highly recommend it to families with children, and we're already looking forward to coming back.
