River Park Residence Lara Apartments

We stayed just one extra hour, but were charged for the whole room and day. Nobody had told us in advance that the full day would be charged, and we wouldn’t have agreed if we’d known. When we raised it, the staff argued with us and refused to refund any money for the time we didn’t stay. There was no clear explanation or effort to sort it out, and the service was very disappointing. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The reception team were lovely, always ready to help with a smile, and the apartment itself was sunny with a pool view. It stayed cool enough that we didn’t need the AC. The furniture was nice, and the kitchen had utensils, cutlery, plates, bowls, and nearly everything we needed. The location was quiet and close to the beach, bazaars, and daily tour points. Migros was only 3 minutes away. It’s farther from the centre, which suited us because it was less crowded and prices were lower. The supermarket had ready-made Köfte (Turkish meatballs), 8 pieces for 250 TL (~5 euro). P.S. There was a cat waiting to be petted in the lobby, obviously the hotel owner, and playful kittens in the garden.

We came to River Park Residence Lara for a family trip connected with dolphin therapy, and felt very welcome. The staff were kind, helpful, and ready to accommodate us. Everything was clean and well organized, and there’s honestly nothing we’d complain about. It’s peaceful and very child-friendly, and we’d be happy to return. We’d definitely recommend it for a relaxing family stay in the area.

The pool was spotless and well looked after, and the staff made us feel welcome. We stayed at River Park in July this year with our three children. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Local shops and a supermarket are just a stone’s throw away.
