Hatice, the cleaning lady, was so upbeat and kind, and always checked that we had what we needed. Guest relations were helpful too. The hotel was amazing, and the food had plenty of choices for adults, though options for children were limited. Highly recommend. Mete and Nermin

The kids club had lots for the children to do, and the entertainment team put so much effort into making it fun for families. There were different shows every night, plus poolside shows and activities during the day that gave the resort a lively feel. We also enjoyed relaxing on the lovely beach and joining in with the daytime activities, from tennis and football to pool games. The hotel was beautiful and very clean, with friendly, helpful staff. The food was delicious and offered plenty of variety each day. We loved every day of our holiday at Swandor Hotels & Resorts Topkapi Palace. Thanks to everyone, we'd definitely return!

The beach was clean, easy to reach, and a great place for our group to spend time together. Staff were generally friendly and ready to help, and the snack bars and drinks service were handy by the pool and beach. We came to Swandor Hotels & Resorts Topkapi Palace in Antalya as nine people, seven adults and two kids. There was plenty to keep both adults and children occupied, especially the pools and water slides that the kids loved. Our rooms had good space for families, were comfortable, and were cleaned daily. The grounds were spacious, tidy, and nice for relaxing or walking around together. Food was plentiful and changed from day to day, with options for everyone, including picky eaters. Check-in felt smooth and welcoming from the start. The palace-style design stood out and gave the trip a distinctive feel. It was a memorable family holiday with lots to do, and we'd consider coming back.

We arrived around midnight, and I went straight to the night buffet before heading to bed. The staff were friendly, the rooms clean, and the food was outstanding. We fell for the place as soon as we walked in, and it had just what we needed for a family holiday. For swimming, good weather matters. There was one warm pool and a smaller indoor one, while the other pools were quite cold. We still had a great time on the slides, even though only two of them were working during our visit and one was out of order. Check-out is at 12 midday, but you can leave your bags in the luggage room if your flight is later. It was fabulous, and we'll visit again!
