Arsi Paradise Beach Hotel

Cengiz made our stay especially pleasant. We got in close to midnight and he offered us a hot meal and drinks, then helped with all our questions and checked in to see how we were doing. The rest of the staff were good too. There’s a nice beach about a two-minute walk away, plus a pool with slides, a decent range of food, nearby grocery stores and a bus stop. You can also go to discos at the neighboring hotel.

The room and location were the best parts. The food was a real letdown: dry, bland meals repeated every day, with no variety. There was no butter for the dry bread, the coffee was watered down, and the juices were poor too. We paid for all-inclusive but only ate three meals at the resort over the whole week because the food quality was so low.

The beach is beautiful, and the staff were amazing from the moment I arrived. I can’t fault them at all. The food could use a little more choice, but I’m not fussy, so it was fine for me.

Ali Elma, erkut, and yousef were all so nice and gave amazing customer service. The kitchen and dining area were constantly cleaned by them, and they worked hard and efficiently. The kitchen and bar staff were very nice in general. Cengiz was the only one who didn’t seem to like visitors or want to work with them.
