Bera Hotel Alanya - Halal All Inclusive

We all had a great time at Bera Alanya resort. The buffet had loads of choices, and the kids loved it. Our room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly. Aysenur was especially helpful, even with a few things unrelated to our stay. I’d recommend coming here.

This was my first visit from London, and I’d love to return. I really enjoyed the food, and the pools were great too. Aysenur from Bera Guest Relations was polite and clearly enjoys her work, taking good care of guests. I’ll recommend the hotel to my Muslim friends in London.

We came away refreshed and happy, already thinking about another visit. The calm atmosphere, pool and beach area, and touch of luxury made for a lovely holiday. The private beach was clean and peaceful, good for swimming or relaxing, and the sea looked crystal clear. The sunsets there were unforgettable. Service was a real highlight. Everyone went out of their way to help, and the guest relations staff were especially lovely. Ayşenur Gundogar, Aya, and Tuche were always smiling, friendly, chatty, and ready to help. Check-in was smooth, and we felt welcome from the start. Our room was spacious and spotless, with beautiful sea views. Housekeeping was attentive and consistent. The buffet was delicious, with fresh, flavorful options for different tastes and plenty of local Turkish dishes. Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful too.

The best parts this year were the women’s pool and entertainment team, along with the helpful women at the guest relations desk. Aleyna, Gizem, Suna, Bintu (Kone), and Suzan(receptionist) brought so much warmth and energy through their smiles, activities, and welcoming manner. They made the pool area fun and positive, just as they did last year. I returned to Bera Alanya Hotel because I loved it last year, but this stay was a letdown. The rooms were only cleaned properly when we specifically asked, and towels weren’t replaced until we requested it. Many staff didn’t seem willing to help, and customer service was much worse than before. The food had also dropped significantly in quality, average at best. Reception was particularly unpleasant. The staff generally seemed unhelpful, especially İrem and a woman in a hijab whose name I can’t remember. The guest relations women, who weren’t at reception, were consistently kind and supportive, and that made a real difference. Apart from the entertainment team, women’s pool, and the helpful ladies at the desk, I wasn’t happy with the stay. The hotel standards felt lower than last year.
