Botanik Platinum - All Inclusive

The hotel is a lovely choice for families, with a gentle way into the sea and a kids' club. Couples looking for a calm, comfortable break can enjoy it too. There’s greenery everywhere, from palms and flowering shrubs to tidy lawns, so the grounds feel like a tucked-away paradise despite bustling Antalya being close by. The staff were kind and efficient. Reception handled our issues quickly, restaurant staff cleared plates fast, and the beach bartenders remembered our favorite cocktail by the second day. We came away with very warm memories, and the Platinum name felt deserved, a step above the usual five-star stay.

The courtyard is still beautiful, and we had lovely weather, but after four visits this year will be our last. Service at breakfast and lunch seems to have slipped. The staff were polite, though things felt poorly organized. Our room was extremely noisy, above some kind of equipment running all day and night, even though we had specifically asked for a quiet room. The hotel said it does not change rooms, even after the agency got involved. Sound insulation is poor throughout, and many rooms face the street. It seems like every other room may need changing.

The food was really good, especially the cakes and baklava. We had a great time with the workers, especially brice and hope marley. I’d love to come back soon.

The water slides are a real highlight, with 6-7 different long ones. The hotel and its facilities are amazing, and I don’t think it’s easy to find better service nearby. Just keep in mind the beach is all pebbles and stones, with no sand, if that matters to you. The vegetarian choices at lunch and dinner buffets could use more imagination, since it was mostly different cooked vegetables. Also, you can’t see the ocean from the restaurants.
