Ömer took such good care of us, and we were upgraded to a better room at no charge so we’d be comfortable. The rooms are spacious enough for two or three people. The pool area was very clean, and the employees were welcoming, kind, and helpful. We felt safe and well looked after. The food was good and very reasonably priced. The hotel was absolutely brilliant, and we appreciated the hospitality. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Our room was filthy, with dirty sheets, and the place felt shabby and forgotten. We booked an economy room, but were put in a small building behind the one shown in the picture. The hotel was empty, yet there were supposedly no other options. We paid to upgrade, only to get the exact same room, just at the front. With that extra cost, we could have booked a five-star hotel. Basic things like water, tea, coffee, and a kettle weren’t included and cost extra. Air conditioning also cost extra in the middle of summer. You could hear everything through the walls, even a neighbor snoring or farting. The beach was about 1.3 kilometers away, and walking there in the heat felt endless. The signs around the hotel warn about extra charges, including cleaning after 3.4 days. Do they not clean daily? Is this a hotel or a hostel? Staff kept asking for reviews and seemed close to tears when doing so. For anything we asked for, even water or coffee, they wanted payment. Ömer and Adnan are said to be the owners, but when we raised basic complaints about running a hotel, they turned a deaf ear. We were told, “you get what you pay for,” though I paid 4000 lira for the room. For that, I could have booked an all-inclusive hotel. When we wanted to check out early and get a refund, they refused, so we were forced to stay. I didn’t get a receipt either. It wasn’t possible to pay by card, and they sent me to the ATM around the corner. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy.

Thanks for a nice rest, everything was fine. The rooms are big. There wasn’t a lot of food, but there was enough to eat.

I stayed here for three months, and every month they raised the rent. I said nothing at first, thinking it was probably high season, but later I learned more about local costs. In Turkey, electricity for a 2+1 is about 700 lira, at 2.5 lira per kW. I photographed the meters from June 13 to July 25, and I had already paid 1500 lira for one month. In European currency that might sound reasonable, but for Turkey it’s about two and a half months’ worth. They also kept a 5000 lira deposit, saying it would be returned at checkout. Forget it, you won’t get a lira back. The owner, who’s there 24 hours, disappears when you want to talk and blames the poor employees at reception. Every day there was an argument with someone checking out. I thought it wouldn’t happen to me because they could even speak Turkish, but it happened to me exactly on checkout day. They push guests to write reviews on the first day, before you’ve seen anything, and I believe staff force the reviews. All they want is to get money from you. They show signs everywhere about charging for misuse. If you report something broken, they say they’ll fix it, then forget that you were charged for it. What hotel charges guests for using the AC? I had to force them to give me the AC remote after one and a half months. In this heat and humidity, AC is a service for someone paying for a room, and the remote belongs in the room, not at reception. There’s no human feeling or empathy here, money is their religion. The owner avoids discussions, and they have no shame or honor, unfortunately. There’s much more I could write about all the deception. Avoid this place and tell people the truth. What happened to me could happen to you as soon as you arrive. I haven’t seen one satisfied customer leave here, and people openly discuss their problems in front of other guests.
