Casa Cleo Suites Hotel

New owner, new decor ❤️‍🔥

The view was great, the room was great, and the location was perfect.

We were very satisfied with our five days and four nights here. The spacious rooms have working air conditioning, and breakfast by the pool with a nice plate and coffee was a pleasure. The pool was clean and peaceful, and both the owner and reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Great value for money. I definitely recommend it. Do yourself a favor.

The location was good, just a short walk from the town center, and the pool looked clean, unlike the rooms. I took the photos right after the so-called room cleaning. We arrived at 4 a.m. and had to ask for bed linens, even though the booking clearly showed how many people were staying and how much linen we would need. Then we went three days without towels. When I asked, the porter said, "What am I supposed to do if they aren't delivered?" The beds were very hard, and the sofa bed was like a board and stained. Air conditioning initially came with a €5-per-day charge because we hadn't booked it, but the booking site gave no option to add or remove it, and listed it as a standard room amenity. Apart from one person, nobody spoke English, despite the booking site advertising multiple languages. It's a budget hotel, but some basic hygiene is still to be expected.
