The food is terrible. They mix dishes together and serve them, and it’s nothing but grass. The rooms are awful, breakfast is mediocre and bad, and they get supplies from Bim (a Turkish supermarket chain). If you’re thinking of going, bring your own food. If you don’t like the place, they won’t refund your money. It’s very dirty, with insects and hair in the food. When you complain, they yell at you. Some of the reviews here are written by the hotel, using praise about the service to attract customers. I heard them talking among themselves, calling customers fools and saying, “We feed you grass here and charge a fortune.” I have evidence and proof to file a complaint with the prosecutor’s office.

The food is awful, they mix things together and serve it. There’s no security, kids pee freely in the pool, and dinner is terrible enough that you leave hungry. There’s no cutlery. It’s not a decent place.
