We’ve made this our regular August hotel, and after trying lots of places in Turkey with our family, it’s the one we keep coming back to. Our children are getting younger, and soon we might return just to see the staff. Everyone works hard and speaks English. If you get stuck, Google Translate helps, though you’re in Turkey, so have a go at the language too. There’s plenty happening each day: foam parties, pool yoga, theme nights, and water games. Join in and have fun, people aren’t judging. The food is great, even for my very fussy husband, who’s tried new things here. We go about 30 minutes before the meal ends to miss the crowds. Mohammed, the photo guy, is amazing and a brilliant photographer. Treat him well, mention Spider-Man, and he’ll give you 10% off. Love you, man, hope to see you soon. WiFi is €10, but it’s good, so I don’t think it’s much to complain about. The bed was more comfortable than ours at home and I slept better than ever. Family rooms have kettles, standard rooms don’t, so bring your own if you need one. Otherwise there are machines downstairs for coffee and tea. The hot water was lovely. Bring your own beach towels. It’s a good-vibe hotel. The lifeguards sometimes enjoy a dip in the pool too, so a gentle push is apparently okay! The staff are doing a great job. Please keep the same team, we’ll see you next year. We got back on 3 October 2025, and after spending 3000 we had to spend another 1000 just to get by. The food was disgraceful, the same every day, with no English food apart from fried eggs and pancakes. One worker used a translator on his phone to ask my 16-year-old daughter for her name and number, even though her wristband showed how old she was. They also tried to take more money from bank accounts. It felt like they had no respect for us because we were foreigners. There was fighting outside the hotel, with people whipping each other with belts. I’d avoid the place at all costs and would never go back.

We were disappointed with the condition of the rooms: stained sheets, mold in the air conditioning and fridge, and poor maintenance overall. Several people in our family became sick during the stay. The food at both the canteen and bar smelled bad and didn’t seem fresh. There wasn’t much choice, and the dishes quickly became repetitive. Loud music woke us every morning. It wasn’t worth the money and didn’t match what was advertised.

Guests were often rude, cutting queues and pushing past people. The evenings didn’t improve things much: entertainment was repetitive, started late, and had rows of chairs that made the setup feel awkward instead of relaxed. The food was bland and repetitive, with little for children or English guests. Breakfast had no proper options, just warm milk for cereal. Lunch and dinner were the same each day, and snacks meant chips, burgers, and salad. I paid for all-inclusive but ended up eating out most days. Drinks came in tiny cups, so we were constantly waiting in line. The room cleaning was poor. Sheets weren’t changed, towels weren’t replaced all week, and we weren’t given toilet paper even after asking. It felt like a total waste of money. Avoid it.
