Alanya made a sunny, warm change from our usual winter ski holiday, even in December. We came from chilly Linköping for a few weeks before Christmas and booked the apartment on Booking.com. It was just as described, bright, very clean, and stocked with the utensils we needed, though we hardly used them with so many restaurants, cafes, and shops close by. The complex is centrally located, too. The owner, Vladimir, stayed in touch on WhatsApp at +380679491000 from the time we booked and helped with all our questions. That made us feel confident about the trip and staying in a foreign country.

The apartments are small and laid out more like hotel rooms. The finish and construction feel low quality, with details like noisy sewer pipes and loose steps at the pool. Water temperature can be an issue because of the tankless heaters. At night, a diesel generator may start up right below your windows, with exhaust smells and noise.

A clean, pleasant aparthotel with lovely, well-kept grounds. There are nice pools and saunas, and Cleopatra Beach is about a 10-minute walk away. The center and Alanya's central amenities are also within walking distance.

We had to clean the apartment ourselves because the pre-arrival cleaning was very superficial, and the walls were dirty throughout. The gym wasn't much better, with about 70% of the weights missing and a treadmill that didn't work. The spa wallpaper was peeling, and everything there felt old and poorly maintained.

This is a residential complex with hotel facilities. The grounds are well cared for, and there’s a pool on site. In winter, the indoor spa area has a sauna, hammam, and steam room.
