The carpets in the corridors were damp, smelly, and filthy, and the entrance looked like a fake massage parlor. The dining hall smell is still stuck in my nose, and the pool edges were broken. Everything about the place was awful. I've never stayed at a worse hotel. I came for an all-inclusive stay and ended up eating gözleme and toast outside for three whole days. No cleanliness, no service, no food. I was going to bring my child, but thankfully my wife and I changed our minds at the last minute and left the child behind. If you want to feel humiliated for your money, go there. You could pay 10-20 thousand more for much higher-quality hotels. I'm very upset. My money, time, and excitement all went to waste.

The place was filthy, so I left immediately. The breakfast buffet was so dirty it looked like it was never cleaned. There wasn't a decent breakfast in sight; it seemed the food had been sitting out for days and they were just rearranging leftovers. I was disgusted by the whole dump. No wonder it's advertised as such a cheap place. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The Nora Hotel has a warm, welcoming feel, and everyone seems focused on making guests comfortable. The staff are polite, friendly, and happy to help, with special thanks to the animation team and bartenders. I also enjoy coming back to the hammam for a professional massage. Cevdet has been helping my back for three years now, and I really appreciate him. The rooms are quite dated and clearly haven't been renovated in a long time, though the bed is comfortable and the air conditioning helps me sleep well. I hope management renovates the rooms so the stay feels more comfortable. For now, it's still a calm place where I've felt welcome and made friends. Thank you to all the staff. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant place to relax.

The food was legendary, honestly. We stayed here as a family this summer and were extremely happy with the whole experience. Everything was wonderful, and the staff gave us excellent care and attention.
