We were there August 12th to 18th, and the cleanliness, facilities, food, and drinks were all great. What really made it for us was the staff, always friendly, professional, and ready to help. Vedat, Vahad and Mehemt were absolute legends and went out of their way to make our holiday extra special. Everything was perfect!

We found the place on booking.com and went to see the rooms before booking online. Reception was sweet, showed us the rooms, and we were ready to pay for two nights. Then a rude, cold woman appeared and said the website prices were wrong. That's not my problem, especially after we'd travelled 3.5 hours to get there. They wouldn't honor the price we'd already agreed to, and quickly changed it on the website before we could book. It really ruined the day. If you want to stay here, book online in advance so they can't change things on you.

I spotted this on booking.com, thought it looked too good to be true, and drove down to Alanya for a little road trip to check it out. The hotel itself was nice and the receptionist was very nice too. Then the manager came out of nowhere and said the booking.com price was an error. I'd already agreed to a two-night stay with the receptionist, but the manager changed the price on booking.com while we were still talking. He didn't say a word, just turned around and walked off without a decent explanation. That spoiled our whole day, and now I'll always book ahead.
