Dinner was just dry rice, chicken, a little salad and a few appetizers, and none of it had much taste. The next meal was vegetables with something burnt that I think was A101 ready-made meatballs, plus the same rice. The gözleme situation was just as frustrating: after a short queue, we were told to come back in 10 minutes, then that the manager had a guest and we couldn't get a table. The poolside was dirty, people walked around in shoes, and there was no water in the toilet there. Our room smelled bad too. The hotel is old and neglected, and there was no water in the toilet or bathroom, so we couldn't shower. We were told at first there were no family rooms and that our children, aged 8 and 10, would have to stay separately. After I objected, they asked us to wait while they arranged a larger room. We'd already paid a deposit, otherwise we would've left straight away. The problems were obvious from the start. It was my daughter's birthday, so we ordered a cake to make sure the day wasn't spoiled. They charged us 475 TL for one brought from a bakery. We decided that evening the place was too uncomfortable to stay in. Around 12, we went to the pool bar for drinks, but were told alcohol service stopped at 11, even though the agency had said 1:00 AM. The person claiming to be the manager asked to see the agency's message, and only then did they serve us. He and others gave me disapproving looks whenever I took a drink. When we told Tamer in the lobby we wanted to leave, he rudely implied he wanted to leave too, then denied it when the manager arrived. The young staff seemed inexperienced; a few tried their best, but the service was nowhere near enough. This place claims to be all-inclusive, but it doesn't feel like a hotel. I wonder who wrote the reviews here, and suspect the owner may have written them. It was by far our worst hotel experience. We wasted both money and time, and I strongly advise people not to make the same mistake.

There was no hot water, the air conditioning didn't work, and the pool wasn't clean. The hotel has no beach of its own, and although we were told it was 500 meters away, I drove 4 km. Even with the hotel nearly empty, we waited two hours at the entrance. There was no valet and nobody to help with our bags. It's an old place that has been taken over without renovation. The furniture is worn out, and the staff quarters looked about 30 years old and completely neglected. There was very little variety in the meat dishes. The young staff looked embarrassed, which gave a sense of how bad things were. I can't fault the owner or staff personally, but if you're going to offer this kind of service, everything should be put in order before opening. Guests shouldn't have to deal with this.

The last night was frightening. A violent fight broke out among staff, and from our balcony we could hear and see enough that we didn't feel able to leave the room for the pool. We ended up calling the police and an ambulance. The next morning, the electricity was out and there was no running water in the shower. We asked the manager if we could stay until the water came back so we could wash before leaving, but were refused with the explanation that the neighborhood had a general problem. Our relatives, who were leaving two days later, let us leave our suitcases in their room and shower there once water returned. Hotel staff said we couldn't use anything until then, including food or drinks, and even cut off our wristbands. We'd extended our holiday by two days to visit relatives staying at Fun Hill Resort Hotel after our time in Manavgat. We felt we'd wasted our money. On the phone, they said check-in was at 2 PM and couldn't happen earlier, so we arrived right on time. We still waited an hour at reception. Some staff were just standing around and ignored our question about whether anyone was being checked in. We got into our room at 3 PM. The bathroom's musty smell spread through the whole room. The towels that were supposed to be clean were so dirty we couldn't use them, and had turned from white to green and brown. There was a five-hour gap between lunch and dinner, with no snacks in between, though they kindly made each of us a plate of food. The showers had no hot water, even the beach showers were hotter. At around 2 AM we went to the restaurant and pool bar because we were thirsty, but there was no water. Reception told us to buy some at the market next door, but it closed at 12, or to find a gas station farther down. A hotel that couldn't provide even a glass of water also had no refrigerators in the rooms. The food wasn't edible either.

There was no hot water even on my third day, and the rooms are old with no sound insulation. I didn't like the food, and if you came late to dinner there was nothing left. Gözleme hour was at 2 o'clock, but you could wait an hour in line and still not get any. It seemed you might get it if the manager had ordered some for his own guest, though it wasn't really for the guest, it was for the manager. At the beach, service is far away and you have to keep going back and forth. The toilet bidet didn't run either. The hotel is old, the layout isn't well thought out, and the staff seemed inexperienced. I've stayed in plenty of hotels, including many places in Fethiye and Marmaris, and never had an experience like this. It's my third day here and already a bit of a mess. Don't spoil your holiday by coming.

We came for a four-day holiday thinking this was a five-star all-inclusive hotel, but we couldn't even get basic needs met. Electricity was out for half the day and there was no generator. There was never hot water, and cold water only came now and then. The pool was dirty and the water slides weren't usable. Everything was very old, including the filthy bathroom and toilet, and bedbugs were crawling between the worn furniture. Nobody paid attention when we reported the problems. The woman in charge at reception was especially unfriendly and answered every question sharply. During an outage, another guest had a nervous breakdown and argued with reception. The hotel manager swore at the woman and threw her out. I've never seen such a disgraceful hotel or holiday. Even if it were free, I wouldn't go near it again. Don't be fooled by the all-inclusive claim, the food and drinks were awful.
