We felt safe in the city, and the hotel is very clean and well connected to the center. We were welcomed into a room with a sea view, which we appreciated. The food was always fresh, though I'd suggest offering more fruit and a wider choice of desserts. We're tourists from Serbia and felt a warm, homelike atmosphere here. Selim, or the guy with tummy, was always around the guests and helped the other employees in the restaurant.

The Hamam massage was the highlight of this hotel. Mustafa and Lunā are both very friendly and polite, and they make sure you feel comfortable and welcome. The staff in general were great and very courteous. If you stay here, give the massage a try, you won't regret it. 😎

The entertainment was very good, though the food wasn't to my liking as a vegetarian, and it was cold. The all-inclusive drinks included beer, wine, gin, vodka, pop, coffee, and tea. The hotel staff were lovely 🥰, and I stayed for 10 days after arriving around 3am on 12/5/2026. The holiday cost £550 for 10 days, which was a bargain, so I was quite pleased. Would I come back? Yes.

My wife and I spent a week at this Otel after coming from England, and we had a very good holiday. Good food, rooms, service, and staff. Many thanks to big manager Sezgin. See you next time, and I wish everyone all the best ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Very bad hotel. I can only give it 2 stars, not 4. After 19.00 it gets dark because there are no lights, and sometimes there is no electricity. The room has no heating, no WiFi, no hot shower water, no fridge water, and no glasses to drink from. They say it's all inclusive, but the bar has no cocktails or viskij. What they call a bar, I don't know what it is.
