The one decent part was the staff. The food was awful and the menu stayed the same every day. On a hot summer day, everyone was sitting in the lobby, which had no air conditioning. If you’re considering this hotel, I’d say choose somewhere else.

The children got sick the next day. The friendly staff were the only good part, so I’d pay a couple of thousand more and stay somewhere else. If you end up here by mistake, remember to bring a beach towel.

We stayed there in 2011, and money and my wife's ring were stolen from our room. I’ve never dealt with a hotel so indifferent. The staff seemed clueless and unconcerned with one another. Friends, don’t go there for a relaxing holiday. You’ll just be humiliated. Even if it were the only hotel in the world, it wouldn’t be worth mentioning.

If God permits, we’re planning to go on Wednesday evening. I wrote that the facility and service quality were excellent, and I hope that’s how it turns out. Could anyone who’s been there help me?
