Grand Zaman Beach Hotel - All Inclusive

This was my best stay at your hotel, and my fifth time in Turkey. I had an amazing time. I loved the relaxed atmosphere and would definitely come back 😍. The room was modern and well looked after by housekeeping. Food was tasty, with different dishes and plenty of choice for everyone. The location is great too, right next to Kleopatra beach, near shops and local restaurants, and a 20-minute walk to the port.

The food was okay, but I didn’t like the staff much. I ordered a cheeseburger and it arrived cold. Then a woman gave me a side-eye over taking too many napkins and yelled at me. I only wanted to wipe the sweat off my face, and eating can obviously get a bit messy. She told me to sit at the first table. The whole thing was really strange.

The internet was extraordinarily weak, just enough for basic access, and the price seemed to reflect the hotel’s fairly good location. I also think the agency’s involvement in setting that price was a bit over the top. Still, it was a pleasant seven-day all-inclusive holiday through the agency. The staff were welcoming at any hour, the hotel and rooms were clean and well kept, and meals were generous and varied. Another pleasant stay in Turkey. It’s worth it if you want to relax and enjoy 🙂

If you get sick, be careful. I had to see the doctor at Grand Zaman Beach, and they wouldn’t bill the medical care. They seemed to want to pocket the cost instead, leaving the insurance company unable to pay. Getting an invoice and medical report was difficult. They gave me a copy of Indigo for the report, although the law says the first copy should be issued because the insurance company pays. When I asked for the original, even the receptionist laughed at me and offered no help. The manager should replace the hotel nurse, who seems to be working for her own pocket and not issuing invoices. At a high-quality hotel, I don’t think a receptionist would laugh at your trouble while a nurse takes your money and acts foolishly. A sick person needs help.
