The food and drinks were tasty, with plenty to choose from, and there are around five pools in the hotel courtyard, plus a kids' play area, dining spot and bar. The staff really made the stay, they were so polite, warm and friendly. The rooms could use renovation, but they were clean and housekeeping came daily. The hotel is by a busy road, so evenings can be noisy, though it was manageable 😅

There are lots of places nearby to eat and drink, which makes sense given how steep the hotel's food and drink prices are. We didn't go to the à la carte restaurant. It's a small, family-friendly apartment hotel with the usual hotel services, but you pay for them. Charging 10 euros per air conditioner feels unfair, especially in summer when it takes at least an hour to cool the room a little. Cleanliness could have been much better, though it was okay.

Even with every room taken, the pools still have space and there's usually a sunbed available. The layout works well, with two buildings and an active area between them. This is a great apart hotel for families, with four pools, good slides and a handy location. The restaurant is worth a visit too: it's very clean, the food is really good and the service is friendly and attentive. Try one of the specials, like Cengiz's beef dish, cooked at your table with fire. Their cocktails are great as well.

We didn't realize this was an aparthotel, so having to pay even for basics like air conditioning and water wasn't what we expected. If you choose breakfast, it's the same every day of your stay. It's an okay hotel, but nothing out of the ordinary, and not the kind of experience we're used to.

The pools were clean, and the bar and maintenance staff were great, friendly, and mostly spoke English. Reception was just average. The Wi-Fi barely worked except by reception, where kids crowded around playing online, so forget trying to check anything elsewhere. The rooms feel stuck in the 90s, air conditioning included, and I was disappointed by a few things in the folder's description. The manager left me with nothing to say. It's not all bad, but luckily I'm not someone who spends my whole holiday in the hotel.
