Kleopatra Carina Hotel

The service was poor, and the room they gave us had blood on the wall, a broken bed with lots of scratches, and dirty paper in the toilet. They said we couldn't pick a room type until arrival, then assigned us this one. The page also claimed there was free parking, but when we asked, they said, “how can I offer you car parking, we must find by ourselves”. We found Otoparki outside and spent 500tl.

The old spring mattress made it hard for my partner and me to sleep well, which is why I gave the hotel three stars. The rooms were clean and had good air conditioning, but they looked dated and needed some DIY repairs. The place was very clean overall, the staff were really nice, and there was a lovely small pool. The price was great, and the location was too, with the beach across the road and shops and restaurants close by.

The room was nothing like what we booked. I had specifically requested a large bed and booked a bigger room, but we got a tiny room with two small beds. It was almost scary and impossible to live in, and so unhygienic that a prison cell would have been better. We wanted to leave and stay somewhere else, so we asked the receptionist for our money back. They were extremely petty and refused to give us a refund.

I booked four nights in October and didn't stay even one. The photos online didn't match the real place, and I don't need to explain what was wrong because the pictures speak for themselves. The manager offered another room, but I didn't want to stay at the hotel anymore. They refused to refund the unused nights. I'm really disappointed with the management and the way they handled it. Not recommended.
