Kleopatra Sun Light Hotel

For the 22€/night I paid, the food was okay and the location was the only good part of my stay. I booked a 32m2 room for two through a booking website, which said all inclusive included alcoholic beverages. The paper I got at check-in also said local alcoholic drinks were included, but an older woman at reception told me none were included in my all-inclusive plan. Then I was given a tiny room for one person. They refused to move me after I complained, saying the hotel was full. I raised all of these issues and nothing was done, so I’m now waiting for some kind of compensation from booking.com, where I made the reservation. The website information was all incorrect, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. Staff and guests behaved really poorly. Reception was often empty when I went there, including at check-in, so I had to ask in the restaurant where the receptionist was and wait 5-10min for someone to come.

I felt safe and welcome from start to finish, and the cleaners were amazing. The staff and service were amazing too, as was the food. It’s so close to the beach, with activities all around. The tattoo guide gave amazing service, 10/10, and I’d highly recommend them. This place should be 5 stars. An amazing holiday, and I’ll definitely be back!

We stayed for seven nights, from December 11 to 18, 2025, with my friends Ali and Hossein. The hotel is beside the Alanya Central Terminal, but we didn’t notice any disturbance from buses, and there was no noise. There’s internet in the lobby. Our rooms were cleaned daily, though we asked the service staff to clean ours every two or three days. As a three-star hotel, the service was admirable, and this was one of the best and most memorable places I’ve stayed in Alanya. Everyone, from reception to the restaurant and service teams, tried hard to make sure guests had what they needed. Ms. Rukiye at reception was especially kind, sincere, and helpful, a real pillar of the hotel. Mr. Ozcan, the night receptionist, was hardworking, calm, and helpful. Chef Mr. Mustafa’s cooking will surprise you. Ms. Irade in the restaurant was gentle and kind, helping us like a mother. Mr. Hossein and Mr. Ramadan at the restaurant bar were friendly and excellent, and Mr. Ibrahim greeted us with a smile at breakfast. I’m grateful to them all. Their efforts reflect the hotel management, and I congratulate them on the friendly service. I recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

I got food poisoning from the rotten food and spent two days in bed. It was the worst place I’ve ever been. There was no cleaner for our room during the 10 days, and no minibar. We got one bottle of water for the whole 10 days. At the bar, the only drinks were wine, vodka, gin, and beer. There was a regular coming and going of men and women.
