Narcis Apart Hotel

I spent 11 days here and had a good stay. It’s just around the corner from one of the main streets, and there’s a private parking spot by the curb out front if you ask permission to use it. The reception is staffed day and night, and most of the staff speak English. They were friendly, and the rooms were cleaned daily. We did have an issue with a surprise left behind by a previous guest, but it was sorted out quickly once we mentioned it. There’s a school next door, so during the day you hear a tune that I think signals the change of classes. The free WiFi isn’t great, but with every guest sharing the bandwidth, I didn’t expect much.

The location made this a great base for visiting Alanya. The city center, harbour, bazaar and beach are all within walking distance, there’s an ATM around the corner, and a supermarket opposite. We stayed for seven nights in May 2024 and loved it. The staff were helpful and really nice, and a luxurious taxi bus picked us up from Alanya airport. Our room was spotless and in excellent shape, with nothing broken or damaged. It was cleaned every day, and the pool was just as clean and lovely. There’s also a pool table downstairs in the hall. I’d stay here again whenever I visit Alanya.

The location is good and the service was okay. The rooms aren’t soundproof, so you can hear people talking in the rooms around you. They won’t provide extra towels or pillows.

The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the room was cleaned daily. They made the beds and replaced the large towels each day, even when the towels weren’t on the bathroom floor. The room has a small kitchen and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. The shower is so narrow that an adult has to step in sideways. It’s centrally located near the dolmus station and bazaar. The pasta was okay, the tuna pizza was good, and the cocktails were really nice.
