The beach and city center are both nearby, and the price is good. It’s a modest place, but the rooms are clean and cosy. There’s no elevator. The staff are very welcoming, and you can get breakfast there if you like.

I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. The room was filthy, stuffy, and badly unhygienic, with hair on the beds. It felt like a waste of money, and this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It doesn’t deserve even one star.
The rooms are on the small side, but they were clean. I stayed at the guesthouse two weeks ago and really appreciated how nice the staff were. The location and price were both great, and special thanks to the reception team.
We didn’t see any of the insects mentioned in other reviews in our room. This is really a place to sleep, though, and breakfast and dinner aren’t included. The location is excellent, with everything close by and buses and taxis easy to reach. The owner and staff were attentive and helpful. My only complaint is the cleaning: the sheets and pillowcases didn’t seem to have been washed with much care. They should bring it up with the cleaning staff and sort it out.
The best part was the location, and Emin Bey at the daytime reception was friendly with guests. The two stars are for him and the location. There’s also a small, charming breakfast place right beside the hotel. Breakfast and gözleme cost extra, but the owner is friendly and puts in effort, and the prices are reasonable. Both were close to perfect. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels in Turkey and abroad, and this place made me wonder how I’d made such a bad choice. I can’t recommend this hotel in Alanya, a city that shows off the beauty of our country, except for its staff and location. Sure, it’s affordable and not a five-star hotel, but it should still meet basic standards for today, especially in a tourist city. There are too many problems: loud music from the nearby bar or disco late at night, a bad smell in the toilet area, and old, worn, stained beds and sheets. The bathroom needs urgent attention, and there wasn’t even one hanger in the cupboards. There’s a fridge at reception, but it was empty. If you want a small bottle of water in the middle of the night, you’re out of luck. Guests aren’t allowed to bring food or drinks into their rooms. For anyone used to an average or better standard, I wouldn’t recommend it unless it’s an emergency.
