The short walk to Cleopatra Beach is a huge plus, and the whole hotel was kept clean and felt quiet and relaxing. I had a wonderful stay at Novis Hotel Cleopatra and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Alanya. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, and the pool is spacious, attractive, and well cared for. I also liked the renovated lobby and terrace, with their stylish, modern look. My room was clean, organized, and roomy enough, with air conditioning, a fridge, and a balcony or terrace. The staff were welcoming and quick to help whenever I had a question. Mehmet and Abdullah deserve a special thanks for making me feel at home and sharing useful tips for restaurants, nightlife, and less touristy places around the city. The hotel used to be called "Bilkay Hotel" and now has a new owner after a full renovation. The change is obvious, and many older reviews don't describe the current, more modern and upgraded hotel.

I had a great time here. The hotel looks lovely, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere around the pool. The food and cocktails were fantastic. Make sure you meet Mehmet, the waiter.

The renovation looks fresh, the pool is large and has no chlorine, and breakfast is great.

We used to enjoy eating at Dais. Their ezme, ekmek, tzaziky, and olives were great, followed by a main course at a low price. Now the kitchen is expensive and there is barely anything on the plate. And though this used to be a great hotel, our towels weren't changed for 11 days. They only brought out a basket, and that was after three days!
