The balcony looks onto the courtyard, pool, and tennis court, with the sea visible in the distance. The place is clean and the location is fine, with Migros and Bim close by; the Wednesday fruit and vegetable market is about a 10-minute walk. The beach, though, is a long 20-25-minute walk. My biggest annoyance is that the indoor pool has been shut since February 2022 because of some dispute between the board and apartment owners. The apartment floor is always cold, and the tap water seems to have a lot of sediment. The walls are thin, so you hear neighbors at night and trucks passing outside, with all the construction around the area.
