Parador Sky Hotel

The first room wasn't what I hoped for, but they switched us straight away to a comfortable, nice one and gave us free WiFi throughout the hotel as compensation. The food changed each day at lunch, with fresh, tasty meals and snacks, so there was no chance of going hungry. Most of all, the staff across the bar, cleaning, reception, and dining hall were polite, friendly, and helpful. Thanks for all the lovely service!

I came with two others from Germany, and as a Turkish person, some parts of the stay felt especially disappointing. Leftover lunch food was served again at dinner, and fish was on offer three days in a row. That raises a serious hygiene concern for me. I also don't think the pool was cleaned properly: a guest cut their foot on glass in the water, which is dangerous. Some waiters were disrespectful when I spoke Turkish, asking inappropriate questions and giving me looks that made me uncomfortable. The young people who greeted us at the entrance were polite and friendly, though. The extra charges also made the all-inclusive claim hard to accept. Drinks cost extra after 10 p.m., Turkish coffee wasn't included, and we had to pay €2 per person per day for internet when we arrived. Charging for internet at a hotel advertised as all-inclusive feels opportunistic. I chose this place partly because it listed a gym, but what I found was ridiculous and disappointing, nothing like the service it claims to offer. I wish I could share a photo of it. The hotel didn't meet my expectations, and the whole experience left me deeply disappointed.

There were hardly any children, which suited us, and I liked that the hotel wasn't huge, so the pool area didn't feel overwhelming. Our room was roomy, modern, and comfortable. The hot buffet had a good choice of meat, vegetables, chips, and the salad bars had plenty of spreads. Lots of staff kept everything clean and tidy. I'd wholeheartedly recommend it.

We came for beach and sunshine, not to spend the whole holiday in the room, and we’ve had a great time. I don't really get many of the very negative reviews. The food has a decent variety and is good, the service is fine, the cleaners do a great job, and the facilities work reasonably well.
