Worst apartment ever. The sheets were dirty, the room stank, there were no clean towels, and the cleaner never came to tidy the room. On the second day we were kicked out because our kids made a little noise in the pool. Absolutely horrendous, wouldn't recommend it at all.

For the price I paid, it was well worth it. The room was good, the service okay, and the location right in the city center with loads to do nearby.

The staff were really rude, and there was only one air conditioner, with none in the other room. My family were kicked out the morning after our first day because of the kids. Worst hotel ever. Avoid it.

The pool wasn’t even on the hotel’s side of the road, and staff still shouted at my kids for making noise while they were playing there. They were rude and unprofessional. The worst experience ever, I wouldn’t recommend it.

My kids were playing in the pool and the staff were very rude to them. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a family stay. Worst hotel ever.
