Rubi Hotel

There was no apartment cleaning and no fresh towels. Restaurant staff were very stingy with the food, and asking for more could cause problems. A very bad experience. Choose somewhere else if you want to be happy.

We stayed here in July 2023 with seven other families. The hotel was old and poorly maintained, noisy from traffic, and the staff were rude and very amateur. A friend got bedbugs and had to change rooms. Our room smelled horribly of sewage. A vacation should be relaxing and comfortable, but this place gave us none of that. The price was reasonable, but I guess you get what you pay for. Save yourself the headache and spend a bit more on somewhere nicer. Lesson learned: I'm not rich enough to buy cheap clothes.

That view is hard to beat anywhere around here. We had a lovely seven-day honeymoon, and it felt like the most romantic hotel. The beach was beautiful, with smooth sand, free sunbeds, a beach bar, and clean, clear water without waves. Our room was cozy and clean, with classic, expensive-looking furniture. The restaurant and bar service was excellent, and the food and drinks were great, with plenty to choose from on the all-inclusive plan. Thank you, everyone!

The beach was lovely and the weather was beautiful and hot at the end of June, but that was about all we enjoyed. We asked for a sea-view room and got one facing the main road. The hotel was very large and clean, but badly dated, with poor carpets in the rooms and no air conditioning. It definitely didn't feel like a five-star place, more like a two- or three-star hotel. Staff were rude and unhelpful, and hardly anyone spoke English. Getting a drink was a struggle, and even ordering a beer was difficult. The food seemed aimed at Polish, Dutch, Russian, and German guests, with nothing for English speakers. We felt like lepers. It ruined our holiday, and I’ll never go to Turkey again or stay at Rubi hotel.
