The lobby bar was especially memorable thanks to Adema. She’s friendly, attentive, and professional, and her positive energy makes each visit enjoyable. She goes above and beyond, and her warm manner made the experience pleasant and memorable. The hotel itself also felt welcoming, with professional, attentive staff and care given to making guests feel comfortable and valued. I highly recommend the hotel and Adema’s service.

The hotel is too hot inside, especially in the corridors and elevator, which have no air conditioning. In the room, water pressure is low and there’s no thermostat, so it can run hot and cold. The pool water is hot as soup, and plates and glasses can sit on the deckchairs all day without being cleared. Drinks are watered down and poor, while the animations are practically nonexistent and the evening show is very poor. Tables aren’t cleaned regularly either, so you can be left waiting with food on your plates until someone comes to clear them. English communication is a big problem, especially at reception. It’s hard to understand why they’d make people who don’t understand English the first point of contact. The food is so-so and repetitive, and staff can just stand around looking at the ceiling instead of knowing what to do. The hotel managers seem to know nothing about management. Nearby hotels might show them what good service and customer care should look like. We’ve stayed in Turkey twice before, and this hotel was simply poor. It’s definitely not five stars, more like three, and two stars must be up in the sky. Once again, reality doesn’t match the photos. Maybe the owners themselves, or people visiting Turkey for the first time, are giving it these ratings. It isn’t worth the price, and the rating is much too high. There are many better hotels in Turkey. Maybe Saphir is for russians (90%).. I don’t recommend it.

The sea was lovely, and the dining room food was okay, but the kids' club was the weakest part of our stay. We were there in July with our two children, aged 6 and 1. The club only opened for an hour in the morning and another hour in the afternoon, and the animators were terrible. We've stayed at big hotels with kids' clubs twice a year, but we won't come back here. The animators seemed focused on getting through their time as quickly as possible so they wouldn't have to deal with the kids again. Cleaning was poor too, and it was always done after lunch.

We liked having a smaller resort, and in August it still wasn't crowded. We could always find a spot on the beach, and the green garden had plenty of shade where we could relax with our baby during the day. It seems especially suited to families who are happy to spend their vacation at the hotel. The kitchen team and head cook made a great impression. He came over to tell us about the baby kitchen, where we could find food for our little one, and was very professional and polite. We also had our hair and nails done during the trip, and the hairdresser did a great job. Lots of people spoke to us in German, so language wasn't an issue. The animation team was a mixed bag. Some of the younger staff were cheerful, positive, and active. The older guys mostly seemed to eat, drink, and make silly jokes about tourists. They didn't seem interested in helping guests, and we couldn't really tell what they were there to do.
