Sey Beach Hotel & Spa Hotel

The staff were so sweet with our kids, and even played with them so we could eat in peace. The food was delicious too, and good value, so we chose to have dinner at the hotel every night. Our two children, ages 1.5 and 7, loved the indoor pool, the cozy cat and the lovely chow chow dogs. We had an amazing week at Sey Beach Hotel. The whole place felt warm and welcoming, and the staff were genuine and friendly. The other guests were generous and familiar with us, which made us feel at home. Special thanks to Mert, Deniz, Asmin, Hussein, Can, Sabina and the breakfast chef whose name I can’t remember. We already miss you, Sey Beach Hotel!

Daryna at reception made my first visit to Turkey feel safe and welcoming. She was kind, patient and helpful with everything I asked, and even things I hadn’t thought to ask about. I don’t know how I’d have managed without her. Can, who owns the spa and barbershop, was friendly and very professional, and his team and services were excellent. Serpil gave me a fantastic manicure, and Anika in the spa gave amazing massages and was always ready to help. I spent 10 days at this wonderful four-star hotel in early December, and it made my first trip to Turkey unforgettable. My third-floor room had a huge balcony and breathtaking sea views each morning. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh choices every day. There’s a spa, an indoor pool that wasn’t heated in winter, an outdoor pool that was closed for the season, a barbershop, and airport and local transfers at very reasonable prices. Their genuine kindness made the stay special. Beautiful views, good amenities and people who treat you like family. I highly recommend it and would absolutely stay again.

The room was clean and nice, and whenever I asked for it to be cleaned, it was done. The staff were pleasant and helped as much as they could, given how much English they understood. We still had a nice stay during the winter season, even though the pools were closed. There wasn’t anything for children, which was disappointing, with no outdoor activities at all. The food was another letdown. Breakfast had hardly any variety, and the same limited items were served every day. I can’t tell if that small menu was because it was winter or if it’s always like that.

The spa was a highlight of our two-week stay as a couple. The Turkish bath was clean, relaxing and well run, and the spa itself felt calm and well maintained. We also tried the hair and nail services, which were a nice surprise. The staff were skilled, friendly and took their time. My wife was especially happy with the results. The reception team stood out too. Can, Hussain, Zeynel and Eren were consistently polite, professional and ready to help, without delays or attitude. They made everything easy from our first day, which really matters on a longer stay. Sey Beach Hotel is comfortable and well located, and suited us as a couple looking for a relaxed atmosphere instead of a loud party scene. The service and facilities made the stay enjoyable. We’d gladly return and recommend it to couples looking for good service, a proper spa and staff who care.
