Simurg Luxury Alanya - All Inclusive

Breakfast was delicious, and my room was spotless and cozy. The amenities were excellent too. The staff made me feel right at home, welcoming and attentive throughout my fantastic stay. I’d highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable, enjoyable visit.

The seventh floor, where the pool is, was still unfinished, and the elevator shook on the way down. There were no lights at night, so we had to walk to our rooms in the dark. In the center of the large lobby, water was leaking through the glass ceiling. We arrived to find no staff to welcome us or help with our luggage. The room AC didn’t work, the shower had no warm-water option, and there was no food prepared for us at the buffet. We felt scammed, as did other families who had booked. The manager shouldn’t have been taking bookings before the hotel was ready to open. It has so much potential, but it’s operating with poor management and too few staff. Please read this before booking. I’d give it zero stars if I could, but the lowest rating available is one.

There were too many power cuts, and the staff’s response when I had a heart attack was to tell me to go to a hospital, even though the hospital was very far away. The rooms were okay, but the beach was bad too. This so-called “luxury” hotel was bad.

The lift kept shaking and wouldn’t work. Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Never come here. TERRIBLE.
