The location is excellent, with the beach a three-minute walk away and shops, bars, and restaurants about five minutes from the entrance. We stayed for a week at the beginning of September, and it was a decent enough experience, though I’d call it a good 3-star place rather than 4-star. The room was comfortable, faced south, and had a gorgeous sea view, though the neighbors could be noisy at night. Food was okay for mass catering and changed enough from day to day, but getting an outdoor table could be a bit of a fight. You get what you pay for, and the Sultan should be fine on that basis.

The location is the only thing I liked. I can’t see how this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. The receptionists were disrespectful and rude right from the start, and the rooms are dated. The whole place badly needs renovation. In 2025, there’s no free Wi-Fi in the rooms, so you have to sit in the lobby for free access. The restaurant looks like a cantina, the food was inedible, and many of us got food poisoning. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it. It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

We came with my two daughters, who are 7 and 9. The stay wasn’t ruined, but for the price I expected more attention to hygiene and basic service. I reported the problems but didn’t pursue them further. The hotel looks good at first: the location is excellent, our balcony view was lovely, and the lobby and pool area were well maintained. But the cleaning seemed to stop wherever things were visible. Under our bed had clearly not been cleaned, dirty dishes stayed in the hallway for at least two days, and the hallways felt neglected even though the pool was spotless. I’ve attached photos of the problem areas, since there are plenty of polished staged photos online. I also included a picture of the official meal schedule, which rarely matched what happened. Food was average, but the timing and organization were poor. Breakfast was listed until 9:30, yet much of it was taken away by 9:00. Dinner was scheduled for 6:30 pm but actually began closer to 7:00 every day. The All Inclusive setup was disappointing too: water dispensers were often empty, and the juice machines frequently gave only water. This happened more than once. Corona beer was advertised for purchase outside the All Inclusive, but was usually unavailable even when I wanted to pay extra. That was frustrating and seemed like poor inventory management. Communication was hard because most staff spoke very little English. Several times I tried to order a different beer from the standard All Inclusive one, explaining it different ways, but got the same drink with a smile and nod, as if they hadn’t understood. On the surface the hotel seems nice, with a beautiful location and great view, but right now it feels more about appearances than real quality. If you care about cleanliness and expect a consistent All Inclusive experience, you might want to consider other

Honestly, staying here was a nightmare and I’d tell people not to come. The room was very dirty. When staff came to clean, they just made the bed and brought fresh towels. I asked several times for a new pillow, but after 4 days I still hadn’t received one. You have to pay for Wi-Fi in the room, but once I’d paid, there was no service in my room. It feels like a big scam. This hotel isn’t suited to a nice vacation, and the experience was horrible. After all that, they didn’t want to give my money back. If you’re reading this, check the other reviews and reconsider, then find another hotel in the area.

The location is the one thing this hotel has going for it. The rooms are dated and moldy, and the beds are painfully hard. They give you a rag instead of a proper blanket, maybe worth 5 euros. Meals barely change from day to day, staff aren't helpful, and Wi-Fi costs more than getting a local SIM. The gym is supposedly there, but every piece of equipment is broken. This doesn't feel like a four-star hotel.
