Sun Heaven Queen

The friendly staff made a real difference. Ebru, Efe, and a brown-haired waitress whose name we unfortunately didn't catch were great. She was the only one who came over to ask if we'd like a drink, and everyone else was kind and smiling too. Abdullah at reception checked that we were enjoying our stay and helped whenever we had questions. We found enough tasty choices at meals, even though I'm a picky eater. Dinner could be hard to start at 7 because there weren't enough free tables, so we usually went around 7:45 or 8. On a few days the electricity acted up, the restaurant air conditioning stopped, and one evening the lights went out for a few minutes. The restaurant staff still did a great job. Our room had a minibar replenished with water daily, air conditioning, TV, a desk, and a large wardrobe. It wasn't very clean when we arrived. The sheets were thin and we felt cold on a couple of nights. Toiletries were supplied, but we ran out of toilet paper the day before leaving. Towels were sometimes folded rather than replaced, even when we'd put them on the floor. Wi-Fi cost 2€ per person per night. The hotel is on a street, but traffic noise didn't bother us. There are little shops nearby and the city isn't far. The shuttle ride from Antalya International Airport took about two hours. There's a spa and gym, and guests can use the amenities at the nearby "Sun Heaven Family & Spa" too. I'd read mixed reviews and wasn't sure what to expect, but the stay turned out better than I thought. It was a nice visit, thanks.

We had a lovely stay, and I'd come back for sure. The rooms were neat, the food was really good, and the staff were funny, friendly, chatty, and always ready to help. It's a very kid-friendly place. I especially liked the red-haired girl who's often at the bars, she's so nice. And Efe, we love Ronaldo, of course. There's a beach, a spa, and big pools right there too. If you're going to Turkey, I'd recommend this hotel.

Efe was always around when we needed something, and he was really kind and helpful. The rooms looked just like the photos, and the place had a great feel thanks to the people and atmosphere. It's about 15 minutes by bus from the bigger city, Alanya. I'll remember the hotel for all the good things.

The bartender was great at paying attention to what guests wanted, and the staff were polite and welcoming. The food was excellent.
