I'd read comments about bugs and dirt before coming, so I was a little worried. We ended up being delighted with the hotel, the food and how clean everything was. They cleaned our room every day, I didn't see a single bug, and everyone was extremely kind. We had a wonderful time.

The terrace bar is lovely, and the staff were happy and friendly. The food was great, with plenty to choose from at both the snack bar and main restaurant: meatballs, rice and vegetables or chips, plus lamb and salmon cooked on the barbecue one night. We loved the hotel, even though we both got sick for one day of the holiday. Our maid cleaned the room daily, and the hotel always seemed to be getting cleaned. It was spotless. The food, service and entertainment were all great. We hope to return next year.

The location was the only good thing about our stay. We arrived on July 25th and were met by an unfriendly receptionist who handed over room cards without explaining anything about meals or the hotel. We were put in two rooms in Block 4, one on the third floor and one at the top. The top-floor room had old furniture and poor air conditioning, so we asked to move. The next day we got a room in the renovated part, with a great pool view and no major problems, though housekeeping was poor: they only left toilet paper and water, and didn't clean anything else. The Block 4 room had live cockroaches after two days. We asked reception to move us, but the replacement in Block 1 was worse, with the toilet and shower together in one open space and no separate bathroom. We requested another room the next day. It seemed fine at first, then cockroaches appeared that evening. We had to change rooms four times in one week, which is unacceptable for what we paid. The staff were extremely rude. They mocked our complaints and laughed in our faces. The hotel was very dirty: food left on the floor, dirty dishes not collected, awful-smelling pool water, and pool bathrooms in a condition beyond words. Food was the same every day, and snack bar portions were limited, with staff putting the food on your plate. Wi-Fi was free only in the lobby bar. If you can, avoid the hotel, or at least request a room in the renovated part to avoid the cockroach problem.

There's a lot to eat here, with impressive variety at every meal, and they say the food is available around the clock. Three bars mean you can get a cocktail by the pool or a drink later at night. The beach is just a two-minute walk away, though sunbeds and umbrellas aren't free. Expect to pay about €10 for two loungers and an umbrella. The rooms were spotless, with daily cleaning, and the whole property looked beautiful, tidy and well cared for. Everything felt organized and welcoming, and the service and cleanliness made it easy to relax. It exceeded my expectations. I'd happily come back and recommend it to anyone looking for good food and drinks, clean rooms, good service and easy beach access.
